Lucía IÑIGO is MSc. Civil Engineer (Polytechnic University of Madrid).

She has held previous positions as researcher and project manager in the RTDI department of a private company linked to processes and materials research. At CDTI-Spanish Innovation Agency, she has been strategy analyst for the EU Research Framework Programme Department and since 2010 acting as Spanish representative to the Management Committee Theme 4 NMP of Cooperation Programme at FP7 and currently Nanotechnology, Advanced Materials, Biotechnology and Processing (NMBP) of the “Leadership in Enabling Industrial Technologies (LEIT)” pillar of Horizon 2020 (current EU Research Framework Programme).
